Sorry folks… I know that there are a lot of positive reviews of Feastivities / OffShoots out there here, but I'd like to make sure to provide the other side.
These folks were a disaster for our wedding. Among other things, they brought the wrong number of flowers (9 tables short!), screwed up the chuppah, and didn't provide the appropriate maid of honor bouquet. We were absolutely crushed.
Worse, they didn't provide any explanation whatsoever. They ducked our calls for 3 weeks after the wedding - we had to call them daily for weeks to get a call back. The person actually handling our wedding quit the firm (Chris, who has a fantastic reputation). When they finally did call, they refused to take responsibility for anything, and finally hanging up on my wife. Naturally, they refused to refund a single cent.
So you're aware, my wife and I are business executives in New York (I.e., not business novices!). We were appalled by the behavior of Andy (the owner) and the rest of the team.
I would strongly encourage you – implore you – to go with someone else. Sadly, when a vendor screws up your wedding, there's very little you can do. I can only hope that by telling our story online, there can be a bit of karmic retribution (and even, perhaps, save another couple from this dreadful experience).
