Pennan Inc. has been creating humorous illustrations, cartoons, animation, graphic design, and caricatures since 1988. Tom has been working as a professional artist since 1982, and used to be one of the cartoonist contributors for CRACKED magazine. Tom's work can be seen on CARTOONISTSonline.com, and show a variety of styles of illustration -- from quickdraw caricatures done at events, to "studio caricatures" which are more detailed pieces done of individuals or groups, to animation and game design. Tom has been timed at 71 seconds per person at recent events.
