Penney the Clown has been entertaining kids from one to one hundred for over 13 years.
Award-winning face painting, interactive comedy magic shows, and balloon sculpture,
plus an immense variety of costumes and characters make her ideal for any type of party you can imagine!
In addition to thousands of birthday parties, family and company picnics, fundraisers and christenings, Penney has painted faces at bridal showers and bachelor parties, greeted guests with balloon hats as "Punk Rock Marie Antoinette" for Mac World Expo, and done her magic show for hundreds at the KFOG Kaboom! sky concert.
