She seemed OK at first, but then there were problems with the budget. She did not set limits in different areas of the budget to ensure it stayed on track. She took me to vendors that were out of budget. She was the second biggest expense of the wedding. She did not alleviate stress when I asked her about the over-cost wedding, instead she called in a high-pitched voice and said she planned $100K weddings before (my wedding was a $20K wedding) and that I was "placing blame." She took no responsibility. The wedding was at double the budget until I pushed, and then it ended at $32K for a $20K budget. There were no partner vendor discounts, and the only supplies she shared were picture frames. I would not recommend Perfectly Planned by Shari.
