I am an event planner and have hired Perry Noia both personally and for clients. Never a disappointment. Kids both young and old thoroughly enjoy her company and love her antics. Her face painting is top notch and she works well with special requests. Kids love her balloons sculptures. I have no hesitation recommending Perry Noia both as a customer myself and an industry professional. |
