Personal Touch Catering is a full service catering and event planning company serving all of Maine and Southern New Hampshire. We are a licensed and insured liquor caterer. Only caterer in Maine whose Chef/Owner is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. We cater all spectrums of foodservice from simple BBQ's to elegant affairs. We are fully equipped to handle any type of event and can be completely self contained to handle outdoor events. We have the capacities to cater any number of guests up to 5,000 or more if required. We maintain a corporate division that maintains In-Plant Feedings on site. We are either exclusive or top named caterer to many venues and have our own facility, The Roost in Buxton. |
