POLE DANCING is the latest fitness trend for women! It's fun, frustrating, exciting and empowering all at the same time. Pole Velocity Dance and Fitness offers small group classes and private lessons where you will learn basic moves, floor work, and spins on the pole.
Pole Velocity Dance and Fitness also offers home parties. We bring the pole, and you provide the location. This is a group lesson for any occasion such as a bachelorette party, birthday party, or even just a girl’s night. Groups lessons are also available at my home studio if you do not have a location.
