Founder John Skriv and DJ for Positive Energy has been in the music seen throughout his life. Growing up he had a love for music, always wanted to be a drummer and played in several different bands. We have provided entertainment for Weddings as well as many other functions in New Jersey, New York, areas for 10 years. We take pride in providing a memorable event and the highest quality entertainment service available. Currently, we have over 60,000 songs in our music library which is updated weekly. Since most family gatherings, are made up of all ages, we have the perfect music collection to please everyone. We have all of the party dance favorites along with the current hits, oldies and standards. Positive Energy always encourages your guests at the event to get involved and have a great time. Song requests are always accepted. Every effort will be made to play each request, with your approval, of course. If you provide us with a list of recommendations. "ABSOLUTELY NOT LIST" songs, even if they are requested you are not going to be played. All of our equipment is "Top-of-the-line". A complete backup system is with us at all times, just in case of a malfunction. If you would like us to provide music for your Wedding Ceremony or Cocktail Hour in a room separate from the main party room, no problem! We will set up another speaker or a smaller sound system for that location if necessary. Positive Energy Entertainment arrives at every event Usually 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to your starting time to begin setting up equipment. We will continuously provide music entertainment for the time you specify. If you contract our services for 4 hours, you will receive a full 4 hours of music. We understand how very important it is for your event to be perfect. We will help you create an event that you'll be proud of and your guests will remember for years to come. After gathering all of your information, every detail will be customized to reflect YOUR personality. Your input is extremely important to us.
