Thank you for the opportunity to introduce to you Sage Creek Catering.
The owners, Christine and Chef Edward Neiman, have brought their talents from The Hamptons on Long Island to the Colorado area.
Chef Ed Neiman is excited to create innovative cuisine, mixing classic techniques with western influences, while directing his focus on what you love about food! Christine Neiman and staff bring to the table years of experience in event planning and design!
Chef Neiman has over 25 years experience in culinary arts, ranging from Chef Instructor at the prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island to the Executive Chef at the Maidstone Club in New Yorks Hamptons on Long Island. It was there that he led a brigade of chefs servicing the celebrities of New York for all of their upscale and casual celebrations. Chef Neiman has created delicious cuisine for Prince Andrew of England, Paul McCartney, Chevy and Janie Chase, Meryl Streep, Gwenyth Paltrow, Martha Stewart and the Howard Dean Family. He has spent the past 25 years refining his classic style for your enjoyment and pleasure!
Christine Neiman has developed her leadership background in multiple professional fields. While managing event and wait staff for thirteen years at the Maidstone Club, she simultaneously wore hats as the Club's Medical Director and on-site trainer. Christine now utilizes her diverse talents as the Catering and Event Executive Director of Sage Creek Catering, and as always maintains event planning and staff performance at the highest levels.
