We contracted with Russ Heinen and DJ Music Express /Signature Photo and Video for our daughter's wedding on December 5, 2010. We were required to utilize a "preferred vendor" for the reception at Pheasant Run Resort of which Russ Heinen's two companies were on the noted list. Russ Heinen subcontracted the photography out to a freelance photographer. According to the photographer, Russ Heinen wrote him a check on a closed account and has never paid him for his photography services. We have attempted to contact Russ Heinen repeatedly via E-mail and telephone to get our contrracted photographs. He has not responded to any of our attempted contacts. We paid Russ Heinen $1,500 for the photography package and have not received any of product that our contract called for. Stay away from this guy! |

I have been married now over three years and I have not received my wedding video from Russ Heinen he promised it to me as well as fixed pictures and a full refund he has yet to make good on his word. He has refused to return any e-mails or phone calls. He has ruined my wedding memories I paid for, since my wedding the reception hall as well as three loved ones have passed away. All those people and memories are in my heart but I also have that on video somewhere. I just have never received it. Russ does not care that he took my money and refused to give me my paid wedding video. Don't ever use him, he is not a good business or a person who will follow through on his word or a contract. I hope No one has to go through all the pain I have went through and I still don't have a wedding video :( Stay away from all his services and he is not an honest person. He will take your money and run, promise you what you paid for and then he will ignore you in ever way. |
