Terms:
Final contract rental price depends upon actual equipment & tech time required for your special event less any applicable discounts.
Daily Equipment Rental Rate ( Full Service Requirements) - All 1st days are $527.77 per day with a $263.88 daily rate every 24 hour period thereafter ( Daily Rate Subject to Change Order Adds as requested by Customer). First days daily rate includes onsite mobilization & demobilization, and does not include roundtrip equipment delivery mileage cost (separately billed) @ $1.10 per mile from Cypress, Texas. Note*** 1st Days Full $527.77 Rental Rate Minimum is owed , plus mileage if traveled, once equipment is in route to event. ( Full 1st Days Daily Minimum Charge & Mileage Charges ,if any, are applicable to Rainouts as well)
Sound Engineering Rate - $35.00 per hour from start of Sound Check through the end of all daily scheduled events. ( 4 hour Minimum - Minimum applicable to rain outs as well)
We do require our sound tech to be present at all times during your event when using our equipment.
Prorated Cancellation Notice Policies
1. Less than or equal to 72 Hours cancellation notice - 50% fifty percent of the 1st day Equipment Rental charge minimum due and payable.
2. Greater than 72 hours cancellation notice - No Minimum Charges Due
Note* Payment/s due immediately on day of and at events end of such event.
