Sonic DJ Services is located in Southbury on the I-84 corridor central to Waterbury and Danbury. Before being a disc jockey for the last ten years, I played bass guitar in one of this states top wedding bands for seven years, besides several other smaller gigs. Gauging by the positive response of my audiences over the years I feel that the experience of playing live music has given me an edge in my song selection, bass=groove=dancing.
When you discuss your special event with me you can rest assured that I will be the one performing at your party. There are no second chances, no retakes on your event make sure you choose a professional.
Being a DJ / Emcee is just part of what you pay for. Most of the time I am not talking, rather I'm playing music. If the music doesn't sound clear and crisp, or is annoyingly loud it can be due to cheap electronics. A huge part of sounding good is spending some significant money to build an excellent sound system. There are huge differences in DJ equipment, in price, and in sonic quality. Most people don't consider this when choosing a DJ. I have top notch equipment and have even been chosen by other DJ's for their own parties because of this. In fact most companies with comparable equipment charge double my rates.
