Space Gallery has hosted many events over the past three years and it has worked very well for guests. The front gallery is typically where we do either a sit down/ buffet style dinner with capacity for up to 120 seated guests. This leaves the rear gallery (with 24ft high ceilings and a great mezzanine) open for the bar and dancing. We can accomodate larger groups of up to 300 if you are not using tables and groups of up to 200 if you use the whole space to have seated groups. The artwork throughout the gallery provides a wonderful visual backdrop to your event and also prevents having to do too much decorating.
For events you can bring your own caterer in as well as your own alcohol (although we can provide a cash bar if need be). I can provide you a provisional contract so you can see what is involved in booking our space as well as a Prefered vendor list to help you find the right caterer. You can schedule a time to come and view the space during regular business hours(Tuesdays - Saturday Noon-6 p.m.) to see if Space Gallery might be the right fit for your event.
The space rents for $250 per hour with a four hour minimum on the weekend. Set-up time is charged at $125 per hour and there is a cleaning fee of $100. Included in the rental are two banquet tables, a bar on wheels, two stereo systems(one with ipod connection), kitchen facilities(fridge, microwave, stainless countertop with sink) & 70 parking spaces.
