I never thought renting a bouncer was so difficult until my latest experience. I reserved a bouncer twice a week before my event and both company's called and canceled on me. They both stated that the bouncer had a whole and wouldn't be available for me to rent. I called TATA Bouncers to see if they had the bouncer i was looking for the day of my event, but it was reserved. But that didn't stop the gentlemen from trying to help me. He gave me a few phone numbers to competitors of his to see if they had the bouncer. Luckily i was able to find one. When i called him to let him know i found one he was happy to hear and also informed me that he had the Toy Story bouncer available if i would like to pick it up. I thanked him for his generosity but told him i had found one.
The morning of my event, i was phoned by the company that i had reserved my bouncer from just to be informed that the bouncer also had a hole and would not be available. I was very upset and didn't know what i was going to do or where i was going to find a bouncer the day of my party.
I thought about TATA bouncers and gave him a call. He wasn't surprised to hear from me with the news. He says that a lot of bouncer company's have been doing this lately. I then asked him if he still had the bouncer available and he replied sure. Do you want to come and pick it up? This was the best news i could hear. We made arrangements to go and get it.
I am very pleased with the experience i had with TATA Bouncers. To be honest after this dreadful experience, i will never go with any other company. TATA Bouncers went to the extreme to help me. Even if I was just a first time customer. Thank you so much for all your help.
The bouncer was beautiful and clean, and it made my sons 2nd birthday!!! |
