Situated on a 22 acre bluff overlooking the crystal waters of Clearwater Bay, The Belleview Biltmore, built in 1896 by the railroad Baron Henry Plant, sits in a private waterside enclave in the Bellair community of Clearwater, FL. This is a full-service resort that includes the Belleview Biltmore Golf Club - an 18 hole PGA Donald Ross designed course, the Belleview Biltmore Tennis Club, the Belleview Biltmore Spa and the Belleview Biltmore Beach Club on Sand Key. Historical tours are held daily and open to the public. The original hotel is a historic property and one of the last of the great American Victorian "Grand Dame" hotels.
This unique property offers three ballrooms, nine meeting rooms and a separate cottage totaling 40,000 square feet connected by a promenade lined with a business center, gift shop, gallery, ice cream parlor and patisserie. The resortâs signature 13,000 square foot Tiffany ballroom boasts 22-foot ceilings with a stained glass dome and can host up to 1,200 for a reception in addition. In addition, The Belleview Biltmore Beach Club can also be reserved exclusively for our hotel groups to accommodate private beachfront events and team-building.
Our wedding coordinators will work hand-in-hand with you to ensure your vision comes to life, including assistance with the finer details such as décor, transportation, wedding cake, menu, entertainment, guest rooms and much more! The comprehensive program at the Belleview allows brides to arrange either a select few or all wedding details through the resort. With these important areas in our experienced and caring hands, you, the bride-to-be, are free to enjoy your special day! Brides can choose everything from black tie ballroom extravaganzas to barefoot beachfront receptions at our Cabana Beach Club-- each capturing the bride's personal preference.
