Desserts have always been my weakness. Whether itâs a cookie, chocolate, or just plain sugar, I just canât seem to resist. Itâs no secret that thereâs a sweet tooth in all of us and sometimes itâs giving in to our sweet cravings that makes a good day into a fabulous one!
The Cookie Chew began from a love of sweets, a serious passion for baking, and a desire for creativity that just couldnât be satisfied in the world of accounting. Thereâs a certain joy in being able to put down a 10-key and a life behind a computer to picking up a 25lb of sugar and experimenting with a stand mixer. And now weâre on a mission to change the world of cookies as you know it. We love creating delicious cookies, but cookies unlike any other! Our truffle stuffed cookies, we like to call truffies, that combine the satisfying comfort of a chewy baked cookie with the decadent indulgence of rich chocolate, definitely kicks the classic cookie up a couple notches. Truffie flavors include dark chocolate toffee, peanut butter crunch, hazelnut, mint chocolate cream, smores, orange chocolate coconut, white chocolate cranberry pistachio, and continually changing seasonal flavors.
Or are you in need of a happy hour without the hangover? Try our line of cocktail cookies! Cookies mirrored after our favorite cocktail drinks, like the white russian, a Kahlua, coffee, & white chocolate cookie or our coconut lime mojito cookie, a coconut lime macaroon dipped in white chocolate. These cookies are also made into bite-sized cookie cubes making it fun and easy to sample and share for a true happy hour.
All our cookies are handmade locally using all natural ingredients. Customizable as favors or welcome gifts, perfect on dessert trays or during cocktail hour, dippable in a chocolate fountain or incredible with ice cream, these cookies will satisfy every sweet tooth in new ways all are sure to love.
