We offer locally grown designer oysters and cater to elegance or a down home barbecue party. Our services are for individuals or businesses. We work with individuals, caterers, wineries and restaurants.
Traditionally, we provide oyster shucking service and our oyster bar. The bar can feature oysters on the half shell served over beds of ice and barbecued oysters sauced with a fine pesto-butter sauce and our delicate cocktail sauce.
At the bar, vinegar mignonette sauce, an assortment of hot sauces and lemons will be available.
We serve Northern California and beyond by special arrangement.
