Since 1986 Tony has been perfecting his Low and Slow Recipes. Tony uses only his original dry rubs and marinades to season his smoked meats. We offer rib, chicken, turkey legs, and sausages along with our famous Mac-n-cheese, baked beans, and potato salad. We also sauce our meats with Tony's original "Ethel Pearls Southern Q Sauce" which is finger licking good. NO EVENT IS TOO BIG OR SMALL.
