Total Success Staffing Services, Inc. is a professional temporary hospitality staffing agency. We service the Los Angeles/Orange County and San Francisco/San Jose markets in California. We also service the Seattle/Tacoma areas in Washington State, and we have been in business since 1996.
Total Success Staffing Services, Inc. is very proud to have recently been awarded the status of a Sodexo and Compass group companies approved and preferred staffing vendor.
Our company has recently expanded, and we currently maintain a database of over 1,000 professional servers, bartenders, culinary, and event management staff company wide. All Total Success staff members are required to complete a comprehensive screening and training process. We are known for consistently providing high quality, and experienced individuals to our clients. Our clients consist of food service companies, conference centers, hotels, private clubs, universities, event planners, top celebrities, and many private home clients. We also maintain several contracts with larger food service companies, and hold several positions as an approved and preferred hospitality staffing vendor.
We also employ an experienced team of staffing coordinators and recruiters who all have extensive backgrounds in the hospitality industry, and they insure that all specific staff requirements for each of our events are met. We guarantee a high quality and reliable staff to our clients; whether it be bartenders for a casual reception, or service staff for a VIP event. Our goal is to provide you with the consistent repeat staff who will best represents your company image.
