Working one-on-one with its clients in their home, office, our in-home facility, outdoors, or where ever they feel comfortable. Trainer2u works with those that are interested in getting into shape, improve body composition, increase strength, improving muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Trainer2u is also qualified to work with prenatal and postpartum women. |
