The kitchen, dining room , living room, screened porch, and grounds, (2 acres),are available to groups who fill all guest rooms. We also own the 1.1 acre property next to us. It is fully furnished, available to rent by the day, week, or month. There are 5 large bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths (2 whirlpool tubs), gourmet kitchen w/ breakfasr bar, formal dining room and living room, family room w/wet bar,huge screened porch, 1 car garage, in a secluded wooded location. All gorgeous, much like our home. Both properties have use of our pool. Starting at $400/night, $2000/week, $6000/month including utilities, plus tax. |
