About Yazmin !!!
Yazmin was born by the sea and grew up immersed in a culinary culture that was passed on to her by her fatherâs restaurants and her motherâs table in Acapulco, Guerrero.
Family tradition and flavor are as much a part of her as is her love for her profession.
Even since she was a child, she pretended she wove together the pleasures of the palate and those of the spirit; in this way she learned to respect the art of cuisine and its generosity.
After studying in the United States, Europe and Mexico, she had her professional training at one of the best hotel business and gastronomical schools of the world the Centre International de Glion, in Switzerland.
She has a professional Certification in Quality Management from the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, Diplomas in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey and various other Certifications and Diplomas in Banquets, Restaurant and Hotel Management.
Throughout the years, she has collaborated with important banquet companies and exclusive international hotel chains in Mexico and Europe, such as Hyatt, Jolly Hotels, Westin, Ambrosia, Mandarin Oriental, Camino Real, Crown Plaza, Barceló, and Grupo Mayan.
She has helped Grupo Mayan Riviera Maya accomplish certification in Check Safety First with national and regional recognition for their higher standards of Quality, Hygiene, and Cleanliness.
Today, with more than 15 years of experience and 800 Weddings and Events behind her, Yazmin has accomplished a certain savoir-faire and innovation that characterizes her, forming a dynamic team with imagination and creativity to deliver a personalized event special enough to transmit to guests the how unforgettable this important date is.
For Yazmin, it is only possible to be remembered by the indelible memory left in others, and this passion is reflected in every event she plans.
