Please allow me to introduce myself and our company Weddings By Jeff. My name is Jeff Freeman; I would be delighted to have the opportunity to meet with you to discuss the planning of your wedding. Our company is a full service wedding consulting company specializing in creating beautiful weddings. Perspective clients who seek services from our company are people who want something different, who have out-of-the-box creative minds with professional and personal service offerings. Our company is just that with many other complimentary services offerings. Our company is actually part of a group of companies we own offering a variety of services such as floral design in which we create beautiful arrangements to compliment our wedding designs. Our other company is a travel agency; which we can utilize to make guest travel and accommodation arrangements as well as creating romantic honeymoons. With all of these resources combined with our events management company; it makes us one of the only companies like ours with the resources and staff to manage your affaire.
Service Offerings.
Full Service Planning is 15% of the total wedding budget with a $500 deposit
Highly Personalized Attention and Service
Creation of Master Wedding Planner
Vendor and Venue Selection
Contract Negations and Management
Budget Planning and Management
Assistance in Selection of Rings, Wedding Dress and Wedding Party Attire
Arrangement and Management of all Pre-wedding Events
Rehearsal Coordination
Wedding Day Coordination
Consulting time is $65 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours
Bride/Groom purchase hours for specific projects
Wedding Day Coordination is $125 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours
Initial and Follow-up Meetings to create a Master Wedding Planner
Become familiar with your vendors
Rehearsal Coordination
Wedding Day Coordination
