Wildlife Encounters Traveling Zoo is not-for-profit federally-licensed educational entity and licensed zoological operation. Our staff of six (6) excellent and very professional Wildlife Educators provide entertaining educational and enrichment programs and services across the Northern New England Region. Our Wildlife Sanctuary in Rochester, NH is currently home to over 120 captive-bred and rescued non-releasable animals representing nearly 70 species! They include Wallabies, Arctic Fox, hedgehogs, alligators & snakes, tropical birds, beautiful tree frogs and much, much more!! Our educators are, by profession... teachers AND Zookeepers. Highly skilled at classroom / group management and public presentation... we are Northern New England's #1 School Live Animal Enrichment Presenter! To support our Educational Programming and to meet the daily demands of running a fully-staffed wildlife sanctuary... we also offer services for birthday and holiday parties, youth events, summer camps, libraries, corporate events, community events, film, TV and much more. In addition to delivering over 1000 programs per year, our animals and educators have on many occasions been hired to represent Animal Planet / Discovery Communications. We have been seen on The Martha Stewart Show, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and dozens of local and regional broadcasts in New England. WE HOPE TO BE INVITED TO SHARE OUR MESSAGE AND SOME OF OUR ANIMALS AT YOUR NEXT PARTY OR EVENT!
