Our skilled event planners can help you plan the right equipment for your event. They know how design layouts making everything fit. They can help you with traffic patterns, tell you how many people fit on a dance floor or what your lighting need are. You can even be provided with a computer designed drawing showing you how your event will look.
Setup becomes a breeze as our highly skilled setup crew has had J.U.L.I.E. (the underground utility locating company) check out the site. They will install flooring, stages, dance floors, lightning, heating and cooling and provide any electrical power needed. They want to have you setup in plenty of time for you to do any last minute decorating that you may have.
