Practicing Yoga with friends and loved ones is a great way to celebrate a special occasion or simply get together for the fun of it. Enjoy a full yoga class surrounded by the people you love and in the privacy and comfort of your own home. End the session with healthy refreshments and party festivities of your choice. If you happen to have a party full of couples, why not have a couple's yoga event? Just ask about it.
Childrens Parties:
Attention: Parents, Teachers, Scout Leaders etc! Looking for a theme for your next kids event? Children are natural born Yogis. They arent afraid to stretch, bend, and move their bodies in ways that feel good to them. Songs, stories, games, and imagination are integrated with traditional yoga asanas (poses) in a way that children, and their grown-ups, will absolutely love. This program is geared toward children ages pre-k to 9.
