we are a full service on and off premise caterer/special event facility
we have two full time chefs-ethnic/kosher and the other chef-gourmet cusine
we done all or part of the event ie.foods,floral,linen,lighting,entertainment etc.
our event space will hold setted 90 and standing 125. we are located one block
from a large hotel [downtown birmingham] and two blocks from the birmingham-jefferson
civic center.great parking,good lighting in the evening.full time security on bicycles and walking. we will travel out of town,back stage catering,theme,vegetarian,vegan,diabetic etc. |

Very sweet people, but we booked for 100 people and had 88. The food was gone with no refills within 45 minutes. None of the family had anything to eat. I personally did not get a taste of anything. The coffee pot was empty most of the night. We had the grits bar and there were lots of topping left but they never refilled the grits containers. |

Vendor is not professional and have no organizational skills. The food taste is not good and the quanity of servings is not good. |
