We are a pole dance fitness studio. We have 12 poles. We have a unique fitness program designed for women who do and don't like to work out using poles and hula hoops for a great total body and cardio workout.
On evenings and weekends, we offer "Girls Night Out" parties that include bachelorette, birthday, pleasure parties, whatever. We have also used our studio for fundraisers donating a portion of the classes to the charity of choice. |
